hello everyone. i'v been training with the multi elliptical for years. recently i was burning 1350 calories in 1 hour. im aiming to burn 1500 calories. is there any advice to make me reach that amount in an easier and effective way? i read about doing intervals. i work with 15-18 resistance, and in 15-16 k/h speed. i also heard drinking coffee half an hour before the training is helpful. any suggestions?

Go faster or harder than you are?

The best way is to press the "stop" button, get off the elliptical, and head on over to the squat rack.

;)

But in all seriousness, it's a machine with a controlled range of motion. The only two parameters you can increase are the resistance the machine offers and the speed at which you perform the movement.

You may want to increase resistance on the elliptical.

I used to drink hot green tea prior to working out, it used to warm up my body nicely prior to jumping on the stationary bicycle.

Cycling and walking helps in loosing more calories in a minimum time. Along with proper nutrition is also very important.
