The one thing you never mentioned is if your friends with the neighbor and how they would feel if you were interested in their son. My first wife's mother went over the edge when she got divorced. She started screwing her best friends son. Both my wife and I knew this guy and I knew all his friends too and the guy liked to brag about the fact that he was screwing my MIL. One night he was at MIL house with his family along with me, my wife and her sister and husband. We all left at the same time except for the guy and my wife knew that something was fishy and when we left, she made me turn the car around and go back to MIL house. We got here and saw the lights go off and the bedroom light go on and she could see them both in the window. My wife went nuts, jumped out of the car and started banging on the door and threatened to let her friend know about her screwing her best friend son. Honest to God turmoil. Somehow his parents found out and we had to do everything to keep them from doing harm to MIL and it was a mess along with some real hard feelings. MIL was in early 50's and he was early 20's. All in all, he was getting a easy lay from her and didn't give a rats ass about her except for what he could get. She got a real bad reputation from it and had a hard time living it down.
