acrosstheuniverse Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 No you didn't blow it. She doesn't sound too interested overall but there's nothing to lose by calling her again and asking if she's free for dinner on Friday. You'll know either way, then.

You didn't blow it. I don't think she sounds interested.
HappyLove Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I'd try once more if she has another excuse, leave her alone.
Author raider09 Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 i called her around 9pm. she sounded like she was interested when i asked her out.

If a guy sparks my interest and calls me, I'l be sure to call him back. But you can surely take another chance. She may be playing hard to get.
Author raider09 Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 should i text her this time instead of calling?
Zahara Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 should i text her this time instead of calling? Call or text is fine. Maybe text because then there will be no excuse as to why she doesn't respond to you and if call, not cut you off and use a somewhat busy excuse.
hasaquestion Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Never call a girl after getting her #. Always text.
SunnySide0418 Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Never call a girl after getting her #. Always text. And why is that??
HappyLove Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Never call a girl after getting her #. Always text. I think a real man calls for the first date a coward texts.

tlegend Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 To be fair, you may have overestimated her interest level in the beginning. Call or text, it doesn't matter. Ask her out, see how it goes. You'll have your answer soon enough. From the reaction she gave from your call, I would judge that she isn't interested. But, we can't tell you how she is feeling.
