ShreyaD Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 I met this really amazing guy and we get along great. We hit it off within a couple of days. We went on a couple of dates and I have kissed him. However, I'm leaving soon and we want to try the long distance thing before we officially call ourselves a 'couple in a relationship'. I'm really confused as to what we are? We are definitely more than friends. He comes and sees me after work, we go on dates, kiss, txt, talk etc etc. How does this dating thing work???????????
PegNosePete Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Why do you need a label to define what you are? Ask him maybe?
Eternal Sunshine Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 You have been on TWO dates. What you have isn't anything yet. 1
d0nnivain Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 At this point you are someone the other is dating . . . not BF/GF, not in a relationship, just dating. As for starting an LDR that depends. He may not want one. What will be the parameters? Will you be exclusive? When will you be back in the area? How long will you be apart? All of that will factor into the decision.
