Is it possible that a "friends with benefits" situation can turn into a lifetime of romance??

 

The situation that I was in started out as a casual hook-up, then weekly, then daily, then daily and nightly until one day my now recent ex said that he had fallen in love with me and wanted to be in a relationship with me. I was reluctant at first, but then agreed.

Now after almost a year later we are no longer together because he is a serial cheater, cheating right in my face with our co-workers (now my former co-workers).

 

Maybe it was the way we started that doomed our relationship? Maybe not?

What are your thoughts??
