Scarlett ALREADY knows this guy likes spending time with her, she is also under the age of 21.. and I would assume he is as well. The latter requires less effort but can have more serious consequences. The age of alcohol drinking is 21 in the states, that sucks! Its 18 here in the UK, that means I probably need to get me some fake ID when i head to Vegas at the summer. I've been in the drunk and kissing a friend stage, was never brought up again. Probably as neither of us remember it clearly and it was after a sober friend informed me.

I have found a few drinks of alcohol to ease the dating situation. Although I don't do the drinking. It is a judgement call. Hopefully if people are drinking it is mutual and respectful. This is a simple answer and does not involve alcohol. She already has chemistry with this guy and say's there is sexual tension. Here is an idea. Tell him how you feel and that you would like to date him. I don't give a crap how shy this guy is. He will either say, "Yes or No" This way you don’t need to spend money on alcohol. And his response will be genuine. If he say's maybe than we will chat later. good luck

I dont think I'm going to need to drink to kiss him..even though i'm nervous I know i must make the first move if I want to get out a this hybrid relationship and into something more with him..thanks for the encouragement!!!!!
