Hey everyone,

I'm going on an online date with someone who I 'think' I'm going to get on really well with. He's taking me to an art gallery then for a drink afterwards (my perfect first date!) so will obviously be in the afternoon. Not sure what will happen, but if we get on really well do you think it would be ok to lead into the evening for dinner or just head home after drinks. I've dated a fair bit but generally only had first dates in the evening. I know I should just go with the flow and see what happens which is prob the answer. But also, I don't want to over do things on a first date. If I don't like him of course I'll be heading straight home ;)

Thoughts?

I like to just go with the flow and see what happens. First date with my fiancee came the day I crossed her at a lake. Lasted maybe 9ish hours. When you're having fun just keep enjoying yourselves until someone has to go.

Ok great thanks :) I don't have any plans yet for Saturday night so all being well would be happy to do something in the evening, but also I don't want to come across as not having a life if you know what I mean?!

Go with the flow. If it extends into dinner, great. Just do not go back to his place or invite him to your place.
