irc333 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) I hear about how women say they had a "Stage 5" stalker. Usually it's the #5 they emphasize...what's that mean? Sometimes they'll say "Stage 5 clinger" Edited January 25, 2014 by irc333
Mascara Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 It's just a phrase. Like "Cloud 9" or "seventh heaven". It might have meant different stages in the dim and distant past, but it's just a turn of phrase.
Art_Critic Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Defcon 5. Defcon 4. Defcon 3. Defcon 2. Defcon 1.
CaliGypsy Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I think the term came from the movie Wedding Crashers. In the movie Vince Vaughn tells Owen Wilson he has a stage 5 clinger and they need to leave right away. ( he just wanted to hook up and she was serious)
