Need some help on how to go about a situation. 2 nights ago my ex parked her car in a parking lot where I can see it while she was out at the bars. I can see it easily from my room while on my computer. Anyways, it was 3am I was talking to a friend, and I saw her get dropped off by a guy. As she drove away, she looked into my window and I saw her back. She then texted me 20 minutes later on if it was necessary that I deleted her from FB. I did that a few days prior already so I figure she just noticed. I never responded to her text.

Now tonight I am sitting at home on computer and I saw the car parked one spot over from the other night and her walk out to go to the bar. Not sure if this is all intentional or not for me to see. But right now I am feeling really anxious like I don't want to leave my house, but also part of me wants to know what she is up to:(

Sorry to sound harsh but she is your ex and she cant do wha ever makes her happy..

Bro turn you pc around and keep the curtains closed she soon click on and give up.

And dont sit in on a computer. Get out there and live your life. She can and so can you. You got 1 life. Live it to the max and have as much fun as you can.

I agree that she can do whatever she wants. I just find it weird that she picked the same area to park in out of the dozens elsewhere.

Needless to say, no one I know is around tonight or are with her at the bar tonight.

Such an odd and torturous situation that you can actually see her vehicle from your window. I would stop looking out the window and go out. Don't make this a habit of standing by your window hoping to see her every night she goes out. As you can see we is out having her fun and you should go out and distract yourself. Remain NC you are doing good.

Right, the difficult part of tonight is that no one is around to go out with. My guy friends are out doing their own things and and most of me female friends are at the bar with my ex. I really don't want to go to bar alone tonight either. So I am kinda stuck here at home. I just wonder if this is being done on purpose to me or not. Like she is trying to manipulate me into contacting her or something. I have no idea.

I know exactly the kind of anxiety you're feeling right now... It's horrible...

First of all, congrats on not responding. Now, you need to think of solutions. Have you thought about moving our desk or something???

Sadly the setup in my room does not allow for much movement. One side of the room is a giant heater built in, another side has closets. That leaves the window side for either bed or computer desk. Unfortunately the bed will only fit on the non window side so my computer desk by elimination is stuck on it's current location. I really wish I could speed up the process of not caring or being bothered by things like this.

I did manage to go out for at least an hour and have 2 beers tonight with 2 friends.
