meeji Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 I don't know much about this but maybe some of you do. I would like to know at what point would social security become a factor? Does that mean that the person didn't pay so as a result they are garnishing SSI? This person is 34 years old and working a FT job with decent benefits. As far as he told me, he's not behind on payments but that the amount he is expected to pay isn't affordable. ..and of course that social security is now involved. I don't know what that means exactly and I don't want to ask.
