Why ask for advice or someone to talk to if you're just going to refute everything everyone says and post things like 'so I come back after a few months and get called crazy... awesome'. You're into the drama, he's into the drama. It's never going to be anything functional or stable.

He said 'I need to fix my life before I can get into a relationship'

You felt 'we were practically dating in my eyes'

There's a problem with your self-esteem if you're willing to accept this kind of behaviour from anybody and still feel like it's worth your time or attention or heart or loins.

Seriously?

We were not together but i thought dating was going on dates and consistently communicating?

And how am i supposed to act positively when people are judging me.

We had long dates, and a wonderful time together.

I highlighted the drama, and hes obviously not ready.

I dont get it.

I ended it didnt i?

Look, he's not for you. You want him more than you want him. There's isn's anything to be gained from analysing it any further.

As acrosstheuniverse pointed out, there was a serious miscommunication about what you thought the relationship was. When a man says he's unavailable, believe him.

Okay, its bad timing i get it.

I actually never fall like this, ive dated others.

There was no awkwardness, and i always had fun with him.

I felt a connection which i guess was wrong.

Just call him "Mr Unavailable" It sounds like he's just not that into you and also I got the feeling he was ashamed for his friends to see him with you. He didn't want to give you affection or act like you are together in front of them. Drop him and find someone who is proud of you, wants to spend time with you and doesn't play the hot/cold game.

In MOST cases, when a guy says he's not ready for a relationship, it means be would gladly date a girl who if he was really into her; he just doesn't like you enough to date.

I am almost certain that this man WOULD jump into a relationship with a girl that knocked his socks off.

I am sure he did enjoy spending time with you. He just didn't fall for you hard enough to want to be with you.

This has happened to all of us.

Really?

I deleted him off facebook, and have deleted his number.

Hes not over his ex, which is understandable.

But im not waiting around. Im done.

You guys seem really judgemental. I know he liked me, thats forsure, you do not send love songs and do the stuff he did.

Bad timing, whatever it is i need more'

You do not get over your ex of 4 years in 3 months after getting cheated on.

Especially with a child involved being taken from him

Thanks for the help.

I will not be asking for help anymore
