I'm almost 30 now, and I don't care too much about my appearance like I did a few years ago, I don't shave everyday anymore, or cut my hair every month, but at least I still have good hygiene, I shower and brush my teeth everyday:p

I think it's more that you stop caring about superficial things.

If you are single and still want to date, you take care of your appearance regardless of age.
