Barbarossa Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Last semester of college I had a study group consisting of about a half dozen students. One girl in the group lets call her A is absolutely gorgeous and I thought she was out of my league. Near the end of the semester she asked if I could help her revise a project. This took several days and over that time we started to really hit it off. After taking our final we briefly talked and I mustered up the courage and asked her out to dinner. To my surprise she accepted but was leaving town that day and asked if I would still be interested when she got back. Fast forward to this semester and we have a date this weekend. Here's where things get tricky while A was away another girl from the same study group lets call her B started texting me regularly. B is clearly interested in me and I'm interested in her. A and B are aquintances so I don't know how to handle this situation. I want A more than B but I'm only certain that B is interested in me. B keeps trying to hang out with me and so far I have been using excuses to buy time. I would just date them both but if they see each other and talk of me they might both become disinterested. Has anyone been in a similar situation before? How do I choose one or the other?
Philosoraptor Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 You chose the one you are more interested in. If it's a swing and a miss then it is what it is. Do not get in the habbit of settling for option B because you feel it is the safer choice. 2

rach63 Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 If you keep stalling with B and she finds out about your date with A, it might impact how A sees you. My suggestion is tell B you've already asked out A and you don't want to be "that guy," even if you are totally that guy. If she gets pissed and tells A and A gets pissed, there's always C, D, E and the rest of the alphabet... 1

B texted me tonight and after some small talk asked if I was free this weekend. I thought this presented the perfect opportunity so I responded I have a date with A on Friday. B wrote back asking if I were free on Saturday. It seems my date with A caused no change in her interest. Now I'm utterly confused and have yet to respond to B what should I do?

Tell her you are flattered but you wouldn't feel right accepting a date with her until you find out where your relationship with A is going. If you want to hedge your bets, give her the impression that it's a timing thing. . . you started with A before you realized B was interested but if B had gotten there 1st things may have been different. It is sort of true. You liked A first. This way even though B may be your back-up you don't make her feel like 2nd best. 1

Your advice worked perfectly I ran into B on campus today and told her I didn't feel right juggling woman. She laughed and said to give her a call "when A disappoints you". I have never met a woman like her before maybe it's because she's from another country.

Unfortunately after hanging out with A for awhile she scared the piss out of me and I never followed up with B. Luckily as you stated there are plenty of fish in college

And as long as your sex game is on point she also sounds like a good referral girl. College is a great time to explore. If you get a good bed rep with a girl like that she will tell ALL her friends. Then they are all a little curiosity and a few drinks away from finding out what the buzz is about. Something to think about...

My sex game is alright I have given a few women orgasms but some nuts are harder to crack than others. you have a point. and i agree with following up with B for many reasons. It's a possibility problem is there is now a C in the equation who is jealous and a bit crazy. I feel like I have had a revolving door of women in my life lately.
