mr_peanut Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I'm a little bit more than friends with this boy, and there are days when we'd text non-stop back and forth. We live a while away from each other. Neither of us are into the whole talking on the phone thing. However, there are some days when he won't text me back for 10-15 hours, or sometimes 3-8 hours. It varies, but it happens often. I usually end up double texting him asking him a question, or changing the subject. He just texted me back after I said good night to him (last night), which he didn't even say good night back to me. It's been 15 hours since then and only now did he text me with this random thought he was having (nothing special). Should I text him back? Or should I wait and see if he double texts me for once? i don't know what to do. So far it has been almost 4 hours since he texted me (I haven't replied yet).
d0nnivain Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 How old are you? You sound young. Text him back if you want. Don't text him if that's your choice. Waiting to see if he double texts you is game playing. Also he probably won't. 2
justinewong Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 He's not going to text you back. If he wants you, he'll text you. Take this as a sign that he's just simply not interested. You shouldn't waste your time with him.
preraph Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Double texting is really desperate looking, so you shouldn't do it. Wait and see if he ever texts back and then slow it down because he's obviously not wanting the pace you are, and I have to say that's a lot of maintenance and I wouldn't want it either.
nescafe1982 Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Flirting through text is a recipe for disaster. Why not set a date to see him in real life? And how old are you?
