Nothing complicated about this diet for people who don't want to count calories or weigh their food.

That's great! I heard it before, but not detailed. Thanks.

I like the new approach to the generalizations of serving sizes. I can't tell you how many times I've been told "[x-serving-size] is the size of a grapefruit, and [y-serving-size] is the size of a golfball!" Having never held either of those in my hands, nor having either in my pocket while dishing up in the cafeteria, those sizes are rather irrelevant. But I've always got my hands with me!

I'm not into unhealthy food regardless of the size. Somebody else can eat my small donut or 8 French fries. I prefer to eat as much watermelon or yummy healthy snap peas I want.

Admittedly, I have a weakness for junk food. But I'm 5 feet and shrinking (I'll be 38 next month) Which doesn't leave room for as big a handful of M&Ms as I would like :(

So taking that and the fact that I tend to eat out of boredom into account - - I'll take a bowl of fruit instead :)
