This is a matchmaking service. I think it costs $125.00 a month and you are required to get a 1 year membership. (I don't think you can go month to month).

Anyway, if you tried it, how was it? How many dates a week did you get?

I'm not near a metropolis, so I have some concern that if there are only 20 men in my age range, I'm stuck paying $1500 for 20 dates and no connection.

Holy wow that's a lot of cash! Never heard of the matchmaking company... but that sounds like a ridiculous amount of money to spend. Have you tried something more reasonably priced, like Match?

You can throw a hotel orgy with two hookers for that kind of cash. Not that I would know.

They advertise a lot on the talk stations around here (Cleveland). I've never tried it, I'm too cheap, but from what I understand they do a very good job for what you are paying them for. Still, no guarantee's even for that kind of money. It's really geared towards busy professionals in the upper tier of their professions

Reminds me of when I was younger, before the Internets, there were a lot of companies like that around.

A friend of mine did it . . . so this is 2nd hand. It is apparently good if you work near a metropolis but it's not that great if you don't. It's hard to commit to a lunch if the R/T event will take you 3+ hours over an hour each way to get there, plus however long it takes to eat.

I wanted to do it but after that based on my geography I did not do it.

I'd be willing to do it if you could pay month to month and were guaranteed 5 dates a month - $25 a match. But, all the reviews say they guarantee 12 dates a year.

Thats too steep.
