Mark-one Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 i am thinking of writing a letter to an ex who finished with me over 3 years ago 1 reason is i never really explained myself when the relationship ended as frankly i was so confused and probably a little immature i've grown up since i have always thought about her everyday i need to write this letter for closure to myself at the very least but i don't know where or how to start when i put pen to paper, like i'm blocked any advice?
Simon Phoenix Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Please don't send your ex a letter. Your silence is apology enough. Don't go down this rabbit hole. If you have to write one, write it for yourself and do not send.

Don't write one. If you are still thinking about your ex every day almost three years later, I don't think you've grown up that much, and you're definitely not over her. This "closure" line is so lame. You guys have been broken up for 3 years and you need closure? What about being apart for over three years isn't closure enough for you? What you'll end up doing is set yourself up to obsess over her again, and get hurt as well. Put the pen down and move on. 3
