Can someone tell me how to get over girl I use to date at work!!!!!!

I started to date this girl at work. It was a great for about two months. But then we started not hang out anymore especially when our store was close for reconstruction and when it reopen she was every distance from me at work. Like she rather talk to a other crew member than me. So later that day she text me saying I have something to tell you your're not going to like. So oblivious I knew she wanted to stop talking/dating.

 

She said yes she does like me but she stress out and not happy in her life right now and she don't think she can give me what I want in a relationship/ and want to be friends. So i'm thinking Ok I will let her go, knowing that she will come back to me when she's ready. In beginning it was OK being friends with her because I could tell she still like me but only few people knew we was dating at work. So the people who did know at work was telling that a boy was trying to talk to her. And it's funny because that same boy would always ask me questions about me and her when we was dating. Time begin to past and I would see them hanging out more at work, like a lot more. The dude would wait until she get on break to go break together. Then he introduce himself to her mother right in front of me at work which is funny because she introduce me to her mother at her house herself.

 

Then they started to hang out outside of work in this group outing where people from work would hang out. It was the movies, breakfast after the movies, the mall, or parties recently. People and they even say they are just friends and I can see that but I dont trust that. But that dude is 20 or 21, why would a grown man hang out with a 17 year old girl? Me and her dont talk at all , we dont even talk at work anymore. sometimes She try to talk to me at work but I don't even give her a chance to have a conservation with me. Every time I see her she would always ask me "are you ok". Or I can tell she's looking at me at work and pretend I dont notice her. I know she doesnt like him because we started to date she said she started to like me when she started to get nervous around me and I could really tell now she still nervous around me at work or maybe im wrong and she doesnt know what to say to me anymore that's why im nervous.

 

During that time im was hearing she was talking to her ex boyfriend again, the person before me who was supposely her bestfriend before they starting to date. I rather her get back with her ex boyfriend because the ex boyfriend dont work with us but I dont see that happening. I dont know what to do. I want to move on but I want to know the truth and also I want to whip that boy ass at my work
