My ex broke up with me a little over 3 weeks ago, at first she told me it felt she had no time & things had got to much. She told me she didn't want to loose contact with me as well. This changed to she felt it was to soon after a break up. She eventually after a week ago she told me it was she still had feelings for her ex, she then told me via text that she wanted to try again with her ex, but she also said she would find it hard to be around me but for me to not let that be a reason to not be around her. She text me saying she was looking forward to seeing me & that she was thinking of me as always.

How long have you been dating? And please go straight to NC.

We was in a relationship for about 2 months and I am new here what is NC?

Another thing this website has taught me: do not get involved with people how have just gotten out of relationship, especially LTR.

Maybe in the future you two can be friends, but right now it's not possible. Start going out, spend time with your friends. 2 months is not very long, hopefully you'll forget her soon.

NC means no contact, delete her number and never answer to any text or phone calls. You were just a rebound it seems, because she still has feeling for her ex.

Ok so explain why NC because its harder to have NC as we work together too, yep I have accepted I am the rebound guy. But I don't get why she is saying this stuff.

Hi lostlover123

If you want her interest back and want to tame her so he love and respect you then, I do have a suggestion that might work.

I learned this little trick at Miracle Move to Bring Your Ex Back

try mailing him a letter...like a real letter with a stamp and everything ...worked great for me.

just be honest with him ....its the best policy

all the best in 2014!

Here are few tips which helped many couples:

1. Remember, no situation is hopeless. Every day, couples get back together regardless of the situation.

2. Be the person she fell in love with. She was attracted to you because she felt good with you, and you were fulfilling her emotional needs.

How have you changed?

Correct bad habits and mistakes, if any.

Be positive around her. Laugh and smile. Always stay positive to feel good about yourself and make friends around you feel good because of you.

3. Use the past to your advantage. If she complimented a particular outfit, wear it again. Or, share a lighthearted memory with her If you have a chance to meet her do it in a familiar place you used to enjoy good times together.

Start right now lostlover123 with a proper plan to get your boyfriend back. "Miracles moves to bring your ex Back" is inspirational and life changing book to read. Why? It small ( few pages) & simple but effective. You can get it for free from the same link I have given above and in the source as well

God Bless You

I disagree. He needs to start the healing process and move on NOW.

Once girl decides she wants to end it with you and just be "friends", her interest level in you is so low she no longer wants a romantic relationship with you. This is VERY VERY hard to change and won't happen immediately if it ever does. I think there is most likely a 1 to 10% of her opinion ever changing about you once she decides you are not a suitable partner for her.

By being available and around / sending a letter to her, he will only appear weak and it will work against you. She used you and she doesn't deserve to be in your life. You should respect yourself first, because if you don't she will never respect you.

Go straight NO contact, don't respond, don't talk, don't look at her social media. Let her go back to her ex - the best response to her is silence. She can't have the best of both worlds (having you around / her ex at the same time) as it is not fair to you and makes her appear selfish.

So me and my ex spoke on the phone about 2 days ago and everything was great we were laughing and talking about how she may of made a mistake by leaving me and that she was re thinking everything, yesterday at work (yes we work together) I told her I really enjoyed talking to her last night and looked forward to speaking to her later to which she told me she ould pop in and see me instead, all was going great but then at 3:30 everything changed I received the following text;

"I feel too stressed again bob, As much as I feel strongly for you its too much at the mo. I've helped my dad with the table and my ex just turned up and I don't know if I am coming or going. It's too messy and I can't do this at the mo. We r going to have to just move on and put our chemistry to one side. U r so positive I know u will be fine no matter what u do. U will find someone who won't let you down. I'm sorry truly I am. I will always love n think of u. x"

I replied with "Can I at least call you later please, Jane? xx"

her reply was "I think it's best if we don't, please don't make this any harder than it is. X"

I really want to be there for her and support her and help her, but I also don't want to invade her space by texting her if that's what she needs whilst she deals with this. I am very confused as I think I maybe seeing the text through rose tinted glasses.

So far I am playing it safe and giving her her space but I really don't want her to feel alone that's if I am not seeing the text through rose tinted glasses..

Advise & opinions please

If I were in your shoes, I would disappear. Her last text says it all and there is nothing more to add. If I had to do it over again when my ex BU with me, I would have made a clean break instead of dragging it out. You have a golden opportunity in my opinion. Immediately go NC without explanation. Give her exactly what she wants. She'll respect you for it, but if you try to chase her, it will send her the other way.
