It all can depend upon where she is at that particular moment in her life.

Perhaps she's not interested in any silly competition, LOL.

I agree. I made a concession but I still thought pretty highly of what I brought to the table. I had and have little concern of my "marketability" so no, I don't think it was low self esteem for me.
