troubledmind123 Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 I have been seeing a woman for 5 months and everything has been ok, but the other night she got drunk and let it slip that she was going to London to meet up with a guy called Stephen, she had started chatting with him on facebook a couple of weeks ago and has never met him, he lives 300 miles away in London. I don't think she remembers mentioning it, and I haven't brought the subject up, I have found out he is single and the same age, its gonna take about 3 hours to get there by train and cost about £80 Do you think im worrying over nothing or is she planning on cheating?
GemmaUK Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Ask her who he is and why she is going to see him. Did she just tell you this when she was drunk..as in..you were talking about something else and she said it out of the blue and then the conversation went back to whatever it had been?
ShyGuy5 Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 If you love something let it go, and if it comes back then thats how you know. There is nothing you can do about this. If you try to control what she does, then she is going to resent you for it.
Author troubledmind123 Posted December 27, 2013 Author Posted December 27, 2013 The only reason it came up was that I asked her if she was having her brothers baby over to sleep on Friday and she said yes, then she said "oh I had arranged to go down to see Stephen on Friday, I better txt him and rearrange it"
GemmaUK Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 So..she has either mentioned him in the past or did then..otherwise how would you know about him at all? The way she said it sounds like you know all about it and have expressed to her you are fine with it if you are giving us the full picture?
Author troubledmind123 Posted December 27, 2013 Author Posted December 27, 2013 She is a member of a facebook group which discusses back problems, he too is a member of that group, that's how they started talking, she mentioned him a couple of weeks ago but only in reference to him having the same condition and they have chatted together about that.
