Why do people feel the need to get in the way when interested in someone?

Me liked this girl, girl seemed seemed interested.

some guys in the group that were interested but got turned down, realized i'm into her and feelings might be mutual. They started acting weird trying to fix me up with EVERY single girl that was on the street. I had to tell one to just Quit it bc i have my eyes on someone and it's none of his business.

 

 

This other girl that liked me but i wasn't interested in at all suddenly befriended my crush (eventually became BFF). Every time i was trying to talk to my crush and asked her smth, this idiot would just bug in and answer instead, or try and keep me away from her. She was trying to get her to sleep with other guys...

 

 

even now some people that still are "friends" with my ex-crush say the trashiest things about her when they are around me. Yet they hang out with her and keep close contact. It's like they try to paint her differently to me for some reason

 

 

WHAT IS WRONG with these ****ty people ?! I really need to get back at them!!! Should i tell my ex-crush the things they say about her?! They don't deserve her as friend... (NC in over 4 months)

For the future, how do you deal with these low-lifes?
