Shaine Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 So after 41 days NC ex contacted me asking for his things. He said "just tell me if you're still returning my things or not so im not waiting" I replied "address?" His other texts proves that he is still mad at me. Despite him being the dumper and it was his fault. It's december 24 morning here. Wow. What a d1ck!
LadyM Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 How rude and arrogant of him!! If someone wants their stuff back, it's a lot smarter to be nice about it. Geez!! I would not make any effort to send his belongings to him. It'd be plenty nice enough of you to bundle up his stuff and place it on your porch for him to pick up. Give him a date and time for pick up, otherwise, it's off for donation. 1

Tell him you have important things going on, decisions to make and to NOT CONTACT YOU. Time to turn tables on that fool, keep strong. Lots of good men out there, just keep your eyes open and head up.
Still-I-Rise Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 It was an excuse to reach out to you on Christmas Eve. His mean disposition is useful for making him think he still holds all the cards and might even fool you into thinking he does as well. He doesn't.
Tayla Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Send his things . There is no "underlying" motive. He wants his stuff. Be the adult and abide. Whether you have ill feelings or not, rise above it and do the right thing. Sometimes cleaning house means letting go of old thoughts and feelings....
