theothersully Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 The holidays can be a rough time. Some might miss their ex. Some might miss someone else. My problem is I am all alone and am used to having someone around, be it my ex, someone new, or just friends.
d0nnivain Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 You have LS. . . not that we can take the place of somebody right there. Where are your friends & family? If they are far, at least call. They will be happy to hear your voice. If for no other reason then to have the company can you volunteer at a shelter or soup kitchen for Christmas if that would keep you connected to people? 1

I was just noticing that most everyone had vanished. I am going to see family on Christmas, but tonight and tomorrow.... all alone. All my friends, hookups, whatever are gone. A few nights without female companionship of some kind and I'm a wreck. Just ta king on this forum feels like someone is around, so that is nice, but I can no longer be totally alone easily. 1
RedRobin Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Volunteering to be the sugar daddy/FWB/FB for the next 20 something that crosses your path doesn't seem to be alleviating your problem with loneliness. Something to think about in the coming year perhaps...

Try being married and still feeling the same way. OUCH!
