Oh well. I put on weight during my brief pregnancy (of course). I had by the time I miscarried, put on about 10 lbs.

Post break-up, I always lose weight because I don't eat. Not much appetite, and when I do cook it's miserable single person food. Sometimes I just eat steamed veggies and rice because I'm lazy, sometimes I just drink a lot of water to fill my stomach because I get too depressed to cook. Course because I'm half asian, and Mom always had a pot of hot rice in the rice cooker, I eat rice every day, not bread or potato-products.

So in the last month or so I lost a little over 10 lbs. I'm lookin' svelt, now...but my boobs have shrunk! They were lovely full B-cups and now they are like A-and-a-Half. I wonder if there's any way to lose weight and maintain your boob size.

You can try strengthening the upper body muscles to provide some extra support. The actual volume of them is going to shrink though, when you lose weight - no way around that.

Taking birth control helps to slightly increase breast size.

I just started taking Yasmin - I ended my first month of pills. So I guess they may kick in soon....

Another good thing is that, I was broken out like a teenager when I was pregnant, and with the birth control, my skin is all smooth again. I'm in a cheery mood today, for some reason.

I need an upper body regimin. I have the upper body strength of cooked spaghetti noodles.

unfortunately, my boobs are the LAST place that shrink, and it's a pain in the arse because they're too big to begin with.

I'm seriously considering a breast reduction because I'd love to be a C-cup again, even B sounds heavenly ...

Well, I've gained about 5 pounds recently, which is pretty significant to me since I've always been about 10 lbs. underweight, and I wish that translated to bigger boobs. I just always assumed that if you gain weight, you get bigger boobs - you lose weight, you get smaller ones. Guess I have to gain a lot of weight before that happens. Too bad I'm comfy at 100 lbs. :( I tend to gain most of my weight in my thighs and upper arms, so I guess it's different with different people. I've also heard about birth control pills uping breast size like someone else mentioned, but they also tend to make you gain more weight overall in addition to that - I've heard an average of ten pounds. When I was on Estrostep for seven months, I had no change, just crazy mood swings. It adds hormones to your system gradually, though, so that may be why I didn't gain weight. But I wasn't supposed to have any moodswings with it, either.
