If He Isn't Talking He Ain't Interested?

This guy and I had been talking for 3 days straight then exchanged numbers and our last chat was this past Monday. It's only been 2 days, but I haven't heard from him do you think he isn't interested anymore?

 

What he does for a living is work on computers building the, buying parts, etc. With a lot of free time to text or call in between. But no word.

 

Should I give him a chance and wait to see if he hits me up again or should I hit him up? I don't like making the first move when talking to guys.
