organizedchaos Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 As mentioned this is all about relieving her guilt for what she did. She pours her heart out, says all these nice things, apologizes profusely and says she really wants your friendship. Your friendship. You give her this and you've just forgiven her. She can feel, better now and disappear with her new man. Ignore it.
Haydn Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 I got a letter like that 3 months into NC after i was dumped. I did not reply. The next letter she sent was paragraph of abuse as to why i had not responded. Dont reply, i bet you get another message...............(Never reply) 1
sw2020 Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 How lovely of her to dump on you like that. You're healing, getting better and she is only thinking of herself in sending that email. She can, of course do that, but it's just more selfishness. I'd say you're well rid. Well done on ignoring. This forum is ace. 1
vassilbg Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Mhmmmm, can you smell the guilt in her email? hahaha! If you MUST reply, i'd say something along the lines of "Thank you for your acknowledgement, its appreciated" ... thats it... nothing else. 1
