It's on my subconscious all that damn food I have to put in, and I see how many calories crap adds up to....it's CRAZY!

 

Like my bagel, OMG, when I saw how many calories was in that thing, makes me not wanna be doing that anymore. :o

 

Oh but then I put in all my activities....like sex...lol. Now that's cool.

I'm getting in about 400-600 calories a day :) lots of h20 helps one lose weight also! :)

You read it right, do to a surgery I had recently (it's nothing unhealthy) :) I'm under surgeon's orders. :)

By eating low calorie, sugar free, high protein foods, NO soda, (except diet every now and then) no sweets, plus *tiny portions* about 2 ounces per meal. :)

You don't have to respond to this as I know these things are personal, but it sounds like gastric bypass surgery. A friend of mine just had that and he has to eat small portions like that too. So far he's lost 62 pounds within 2 months of having the surgery.

I hate the taste of water to but lately I have been drinking alot of crystal light, it taste so yummy and they have several flavors there are only # calories in them give it a try.... 7-11 also sells crystal light slurpies yummmm :)

Congratulations Tiki, that is great progress. You won't be able to keep up that torrid pace, but stay with it and you will hit your ideal weight soon enough.
