Author Under The Radar Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 Running . Cool, man - looks like we're on opposite sides of the spectrum .
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Sex. NICE Is it too late to change my choice ?
Imported Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Swimming and deadlifts and pull-ups!! And and...dips! And running!!!!! But mainly swimming. I feel so at peace when I swim.
Shepp Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Boxing/football. I enjoy parachute runs as well - feel like superman. And running on sand dunes - that's such a good work out.
Shepp Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 For me it is ...... pullups Overhand or underhand? At work we have to do them overhand - I prefer that because Works your biceps moreMore realistic - if I fall off a cliff and am dangling above a 49ft drop with sharks circling below, this is the way I'll be hanging and need to pull myself up
Sunshinegrl Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Clean and press. Not because I enjoy it but because it makes me feel like a badass woman! 3

Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Swimming and deadlifts and pull-ups!! And and...dips! And running!!!!! But mainly swimming. I feel so at peace when I swim. Swimming is definitely great exercise. I almost drowned at the wave pool once - does that count ? The deadlift is arguably the most functional strength training lift ...... good for you! 1
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Dancing/hiking I cannot dance However, I love hiking through the woods
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 the bP...... Really, how much do you Bench ? Just Kidding, just kidding ...... It's funny how some casual trainees will measure another man's worth by how many pounds he can bench press. It's a great exercise in its own right and one of the three lifts in powerlifting competition.
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Abs. How tragic is that. Abs and deadlifts. Abs Emilia, A-B-S ?!?! I figured it would be boxing So, what's your favorite stomach exercise? Props for deadlifting. How's that powerlifting gym working out for you?
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Sparring/boxing Cool man . Do you like mixed martial arts (either training OR spectating?
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Boxing/football. I enjoy parachute runs as well - feel like superman. And running on sand dunes - that's such a good work out. Hey Shepp, what are parachute runs? Is that resistance running with a canopy tied to your waist like sprinters perform? BTW, may I ask why your work has you doing pullups ?
Author Under The Radar Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Clean and press. Not because I enjoy it but because it makes me feel like a badass woman! Got it ...... Are you a Cross Fitter, an Olympic Lifter, or were you just born a Badass ? The Clean and Press is certainly a very demanding exercise. Weightlifting was in the first modern day Olympics in 1896 and included that event.
Sunshinegrl Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 I'm just a brickhouse, man But seriously, if there was a powerlifting gym near me, I would be all over that. My gym is not set up at all for doing any kind of olympic lifts, but I do make my own room for a few.

Shepp Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Hey Shepp, what are parachute runs? Is that resistance running with a canopy tied to your waist like sprinters perform? That's the one! Faster you run, higher the parachute goes and the more resistance you feel. Not that I'm a sprinter but we have to do it in football training. BTW, may I ask why your work has you doing pullups ? Fire service, we do a lot of fitness.
