HeartbrokenNewbie Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Deffo x my implant f*cked me up big time :-( x
Author Greenj30 Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 How long did it take for the side effects to go away afyer you stopped?
bentleychic Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Depo screwed my hormones up bad for about six to nine months before they finally evened out. Please be patient with her. I swear it felt like a monster had taken over my body
Author Greenj30 Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 This is really interesting I feel like this is a break through. After my ex got her last shot in.October about 3 weeks later she expressed to me she had mixed feelings/loss of feelings apparently its a common thing with BC I found a forum thread on another website dedicated to loss of feelings from birth control all women saying the ssme thing.
Wall E Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 I always thought birth control was a factor in why my ex has become a drama queen. never thought it could be true.
Author Greenj30 Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Here is the link to the forum. Feelings toward BF/DH | Page 4 | Women's Health Discussion Forums Yeah my Ex became super irritable everything I did bothered her. That one of the main side effects of it. Which is a big factor in our breakup with her saying "Also I don't treat you right you'd be settling for me with the way I am now."
somedude81 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Ha! My ex broke up with me about two weeks after getting her second shot of depo. Though it didn't seem to affect her at all, I probably missed the signs?
xUnknown Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Yep, My ex switched BC...Depo sounds familiar, but then again, what do I know haha. But she switched the beginning of this year. Since then, things were off. I'd bring it up to her about it being the pill and she would say she agrees, but then nothing would ever happen. I stuck with it until the end when she ended it "out of the blue". It seemed out of the blue because it was...but then again, things were off for months mostly in part to her BC, so then again, I guess it really wasn't out of the blue. Whatever, women will be women.
