She's stressed about taking me back..

So me and my girlfriend been dating for about a year and a half well I had acouple mistakes in the relationship I never cheated on her I would go to the bar and drink hard liqour and ignore her calls however we werw arguing a lot and I broke up with her because I was drinking well two days later I called her and asked if I could come over and talk we talked she has decided she does not want to be with me because how I have been in the relationship and how I treated her well we would be texting back in forth the next couple days she even told me we shoupd not be texting because we are broke up so I accepted that and did not want to push her away. So I left it be and let her text me after acouple days she started texting me and saying she's lonely n sad so we were texting back in forth and acoupke days went by she ended up calling saying she was lonely and asked if I could come over that was a day before my birthday I wemt over we drank sime wine and talked and laufhed and I stayed at her house the next day was my birthday we went and got something to eat and got a movie watched half of it and layed on the couch just talking about meomorys and everything in life for 3 hours n she said she loved it so much.. then last night I went over to her house after she got off work and was suppose to go to the gym well we decided to cook some food it was 11 at night n just relax well we both just laid around n chated and fell asleep I told her when I got over I had a surprise for her that I have to pick it up tomorrow and sge was happy when we were laying down she was even the one that said I love you.. well tofay she gos to work and says I really cabt do this anymore we are broke up we are not supposed to be hanging out you I told her I am changing for my self I quit drinking hard liqour bcuz it makes me angry.. I've tryed the no contact where I don't text her first she contacts me first if I don't repply she will say somet ghost ing else I don't wanna do the no contact rule because she is the kind of person if I do it she will hate me... I'm lost on what to do she told me she's just so stressed out on hiding our relationship to her parents her parents love me to death but she won't talk to her mom about us.. she told me she don't want me to take her for granted and now she's stressed and confused what to do I told her she won't regret being with me because I wanna commit to her n have a family which I do I even told her during our relationship just waiting till tax time.. can someone give me advice I love her so much but I don't know what else to say to her I'm at a lose of words she said she still loves me n texts me n callzs me every point she gets. I know she wants to be together but is confused.. please hellppp if you need any more info let me know I wanna get this relationship fixed we both love each other but there's gotta b something that I can do to show her.

Last night she even agreed to me letting me take her out to eat on tuesday and she's going to an ugly sweater party she even asked me to go to that but I doubt that will happen now since she's stressed about being with me..

i think you both need to slow down, maybe just take a few days off or suggest a break, say something like "i see your stressed and i want you to be happy, maybe we will take a week or two break to think things through" .............and during that time you need to work on yourself... i know how easy it is to mess up especially when you drink.. nearly every huge mistake i made was when i was drunk... ask for some time and give her time... "you need to be the right person to find the right person"

also another thing you dont want is her taking you back because she is lonely... do you really want to spend the rest of your life with someone who doesnt want to be with who you are and not just cause theyre lonley

Thanks! Its jusr very hard to push her away because its not just bcuz she's lonely but she tells me she loves me n she's the one that says it first
