Well its her again & I'm not sure if she likes me back or just likes the fact that I like her u know. Yesterday at work I stared at her so much I thought I was seeing things that wasn't even there. Then she started to stare back. Nobody said anything though. We just kept looking at each other a whole lot. Then when it was lunchtime she ran into the lounge texting like crazy & she sat on my lap without saying anything. My coworker gave this weird look then she said sorry & got up to take a seat. I didn't know what to do so I just stared at her some more. At the end of the day when I finally thought of what to say she smiled & ran away before I could really really talk to her. I feel confused .

She's playing coy with you because she wants you to keep coming after her, not because she's uninterested. She's being flirtatious while holding off enough to make herself seem more desirable. You've got nothing to lose. Keep trying with her.
