Sammills Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Well my boyfriend and I broke up after 4 years i begged him to give us one chance and he agreed to, after thinking about it for 3 days. He gave me a chance because I have given him many chances before so he said it only seemed fair.(we did not cheat) Now I'm confused i asked him if he was doing this cuz he was pitying me he said no, I asked him if he was doing this just because he "owes me one" he said no, I asked him if he wants to give us a chance and he said he does not think i can change (i was not being affectionate and rude). He said he does not want to rush in to things and have me fall more in love with him, and than brake my heart again if the spark cant come back. I'm still in love with him he said he was not in love with me. What do i do? What do you think will happen? What would you do?
feelingtorn Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 I was in a similar boat three months ago. When I caught my ex cheating on me, I still wanted to forgive him and rekindle our relationship. He said he would think about it. He initially said what we had was special and he wanted to give us another try. Three days later, he changed his mind. Looking back, I am glad he changed his mind. If you want something, it is obvious. Clearly, he did not want us together anymore. How could you rekindle your relationship with someone with one foot in and the other foot out. You are just wasting more time and creating more heartache. End it now and move on with your life. You will survive from this exp and be able to smile one day. I promise. Good luck.
