How many of you have accidentally/unintentionally broke "No Contact"?

I know there is no real way to "accidentally" break no contact if you are doing NC the right way, but last night, I accidentally commented on my ex's Instagram photo.

 

She probably thinks I'm lame now.

 

So, people of loveshack, how many of you have broke NC on accident and what happened?

You are breaking your own personal NC by checking her instagram. If you stop following it you'll not have this issue.

 

Once I got my house signed over I never heard from her again. It's been good times.

Yeah, I know I shouldn't be following her...since the breakup, neither of us has unfollowed/unfriended each other. I'm going to do soon. She contacted me the other day but I never replied. I then commented on her photo by mistake. Oh well

I broke no contact frequently in the first month, I honestly didn't really know what NC was all about. Every time I would see a photo of her out having fun or with people I don't know I would almost freak out and feel 10 times worse. Block her on EVERYTHING, who cares what she thinks, it is necessary. I'm sure my ex thinks I am still not over her since I blocked her on everything and she still is blocked after 3 months, I honestly don't care what she thinks, she is dead to me.
