Anyone involved here with the person you work for you and has the power?

I was involved with MM who I worked for. I wonder if that has any hand in getting involved with MM. Sometimes I think if I didnt work for him, I wouldnt have accepted that much...And he had more power. he continue to sleep with women he hires and its easier for him since most woman look for benefits at work. It wasnt my case, but I do think the whole dynamic is differnt than a normal MM come on a woman.

Yes, it's a big factor. My sister's husband is the big boss and has had affairs with his subordinates for decades. He is a serial cheater and luckily for him, a new crop of subordinates (women) come through every year (it's a training program) and then they leave after a year or two. It's like a fountain of women. They always look up to him and have affairs with him. He loves it.

Thats my Xmm, he hires secretories, workers and all the women and keep some coworkers on side, he travels with. Some of them are there for decades like a workwife. Who protect him, have sex with him, travel with him and and make him look good workwise. In retun he gives them work benefits. His wife knows and pretends a famly life.

 

However, he said he truly loved me and confessed thats just business , I am sure he says the same to wife.. and she fakes everything.

Ha, he sounds exactly like my ex-MM. Pretty sure he banged every remotely attractive woman under 50 in our studio...and some of the not so attractive ones. Low self esteem and vulnerability got him going. He could sniff out the submissive daddy-issue types (points to self) like a gundog.

My MM was my boss, I was his direct assistant. We worked side by side, 8-12hr days, 5 days a week. Although he's very work focused and didnt do any creepy "trying to get into my pants" kinda stuff.
