My boyfriend upped and left a 5 years relationship with me not noticing anything wrong, he text me everyday saying he loves me and how much I mean to him, within 10 days of splitting up he's already sleeping with other people and telling me it's his way of dealing with it... Really??

He's lost some weight and seems to think he can have anyone. His attitudes gotten really cocky too.

I just think he's going to regret what he's done. In fact he has said he will probably regret it. Says am the right girl at the wrong time.

Hate it for you. Maybe he feels guilty for what he's done to you. Most likely that's why he's talking to you. My advise muster up all your strength and tell him good bye and don't talk to him, he wanted to go-go! He'll regret it for sure but you have to let him realize that. Best wishes.

Did you get together very young? Usually men and women realize they missed out on their young adulthood and so they want to sow some wild oats. That is why I think having a serious relationship too young can be detrimental to your evolvement as an adult.

Go NC, and concentrate on yourself. Find new hobbies, get to the gym, hang out with friends and family and understand that this is really about him, not you. Do not personalize his shortcomings if it is GIGs and the need to sow wild oats.

Pretty sure he is just testing new things out, experimenting...yeah a problem of having LT relationship to early.

I say he is going to come back in a few months, begging.

 

Also, most men/women ik go sleep with someone almost immediately after a break-up, i had the same feeling even if i didn't do it. I would just take anyone in to comfort me at the time ^^.
