Svenko Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 So anyways I had this idea in my head. My ex has old facebook which she doesn't use anymore. So what do you think if I just wrote in inbox on her old facebook she doesn't use how I feel daily, and stuff like that. Something like a journal maybe but would feel more directed to her.
aaron11892 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Bad idea. Vent to yourself, write a letter to her but DONT send it. I made this mistake. Put everything you would like to say to her on that letter then rip it up and throw it away. Doings things like this is surprisingly very beneficial to your recovery i have found. 1

That'd be you deep down hoping she goes onto her old facebook at some point and seeing your 'journal' and then wanting you again. That would really slow down your healing process. As Svenko stated, venting to yourself is fine. i also believe that to be much healthier and helps with healing more than you 'hoping' that something will come of it. Deep down you know that is what you'd want, and none of us want to be held back by 'hope'
Shaine Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 You will regret it once you have totally moved on. Months or years from now, you will cringe at the thought of that letter.
