If you’re feeling lonely then go to the church or homeless shelter and volunteer and give back to others. Start a food and clothes drive. Just do something positive. Stay busy and surrounded by people that love you. Begin planning for your new year’s resolutions. Reflect on the past year and all of the lessons that you learned. Set new goals for yourself. It’s time to get your life back and start a new beginning. Don’t take old drama into 2014. If you're heart broken, just know that it will pass. Stop wasting time worrying about your ex. It’s a waste of energy. Focus on yourself and being positive. Take Care 2
