STKK Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 My ex came over today to get all her stuff, i still love her like crazy and seeing her made everything so much worse, i just need some closure to prevent me from contacting her as she isn't 'in love' with me anymore. She said we'll get lunch sometime and some other crap, but now i feel like just calling her up and saying good seeing you and the rest.

Leave you with an overwhelming blanket of negative feelings covering your entire soul. She came to get her stuff and she left.... anything you say now won't make any difference to that. You have your whole life ahead of you, there are so many other fantastic/amazing/beautiful/caring women out there. I know you are still in love with her, just give it a month or so and you will begin to see that contacting will only do bad things. You will learn so much from this break up for future relationships. Closure wont help at all. Have a good think about this. If anything it's just going to crush your heart even more. The lunch thing, that was a breadcrumb for sure. You probably responded positively and that's what she wanted. 1

Remember, each time you contact her you give her more power. No contact shows you are mentally strong which is attractive. But don't wait around for her. Take the time to grieve then move on
