Just that. If dumpers cheat on you and leave you for another person, if their new relationship breaks down are they more likely to.regret.

 

As in think: I broke up a good relationship for this and it has ended too.

I wouldn't say it's impossible, and indeed it happens - whether it is likely with a specific person or not is another matter dependent at least quite a bit on them, IMO.
