ls32ssibm Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Long story short; I am 25, male, and a supervisor of about 10 people at work. One is an 18 year old girl. She is actually kind of cute. But yeah, it's a weird dynamic here. She; - Constantly flirts - Frequently touches me - Frequently "brushes" up against me - Tells me I smell nice - Always teases me about some things - Asked if I wanted to go get coffee with her - Since she knows that I know she has a boyfriend, she constantly complains about him in front of me. So yeah...what do you guys think? A promotion or something isn't part of the equation or anything. I just find it kind of odd.
d0nnivain Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Leave her alone & do not acknowledge the behavior or respond to it in any way. NEVER be alone with her. Because you are her boss, if this goes south, you WILL be sued & you will lose. Once one of you no longer works for the company date if you want. If you don't beleive me re: the above advice, talk to your boss, read your employee handbook, talk to any lawyer. 1
Grumpybutfun Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 In my experience most 18 year old girls kinda act like this with everyone. Ignore and repeat, Grumps 1
