there were no breadcrumbs after my decision to 'not talk to her for a while' as i put it. before my ultimatum 'him or me' there were plenty.

i have hooked up with two different girls in the last month. it was fun but i still wonder about my ex.

she was not at my friends party thankfully as i still think im not ready to see her.

thoughts of her are less but i really worry every so often that im not gona get over her.

people on here have pointed out and i realize she wasnt good for me.

Good work you're doing the right thing. Keep it up and thanks for the updates it gives inspiration to us all, especially those in the early days. I've been there before and I felt like this for a long time, probably until a year. But as soon as I met someone better i stopped all those old feelings and fell in love properly again. Except she also dumped me after four years last month. So now Im back at square one and know what lies ahead. Although if its any consolation I don't think about my ex ex at all, have no feelings whatsoever and wouldn't even want to have a conversation with her.
