djrdei Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 ok here is my situation, i work at a family owned store. the family also owns another store, and at this store they have a girl who is single and i would like to ask out. here is my problem, how should i go about asking her out? the guy who runs that location is who tiped me off that she is single, and her and i also attend the same college, but were in different programs so i never seen her there. now i am not the outgoing social type and im nervous about breaking the ice. any advice on how to go about asking her out is gladly appreciated. i was thinking about going up to her at the store and starting a conversation about go in back to school and leading into going out one night before school starts.......? thanks for any help......dating is not my specialty, so far im 20 with 1g/f under my belt, she broke up with me over a year ago and has really lowered my outlook on dating. but from what i have been told this girl is what i have in mind and she is worth a shot, i just dont wanna blow it.
Pocky Posted December 28, 2004 Posted December 28, 2004 Any college events you can invite her to? Make it a group thing - bunch of friends are going to XX and see if she'd be interested in going. That way the pressure won't be on, but the two of you will be able to hang out.
