Kansas87 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 It's when your ex will send you little pieces of hope via text, phone, facebook, email, whatever. Things like "How are you?" and "We should hang out" and "I miss you." Things that you will read into and get your hopes up over but that are just their way of assuaging their guilt and keeping you in their life for emotional or sexual support without any actual commitment. 1
Confusedguy81 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 I don't understand the term. They're bull****
hrtblds2ez Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Yep. Tidbits of halfass conversation. After my gf needed space I messed up and seemed to her like we were talking more. Fine, my mistake. I told her we'd talk at her wanting and I decided to try to get my head together. it's been difficult and i'm a long way from there. But I keep getting random "good night", or "you seem happier", etc.. Last night at work I listened to her talk about the loss of a family pet, the whole time wondering wtf is going on here. That's the problem, we work together. I think these are what are called breadcrumbs. I do care for her immensely, but it doesn't help the confusion on my part.
