When in a relationship, who should say "I Love You" for the very first time, the man or the woman? Does it matter?

Whoever feels it. It doesn't matter.

HIM!!! HIM!! HIM!!

For the love of all that is good and holy, women KEEP THAT TRAP SHUT! If he hasn't said it, he's not ready to hear it!

I feel that women feel emotion and love and connection way before men do, in general-- of course there are exceptions to the rule. I think there are dangers in women saying it too early-- just because you feel it doenst mean you have to blurt it!

My rule is that the woman should ask for exclusivity. As in "will you be my exclusive dude?"

But when it comes to the three dreaded words "I luv u" then I think it is up in the air, either party can say it first but those words shuold not be uttered before you've been with someone for 5 or 6 months (from time of first date).
