This guy used to look at me lots and I've caught him staring at me when I look up and notice he quickly looks away. He's gone from doing that to suddenly looking straight down when he sees me now I don't get why. I haven't done anything wrong I really wanted to keep our conversations going and get to know him because I really fancy him. He's 40 I'm 32. What should I do I really want this man

My opinion, it's a terrible idea to get involved with someone you work with, but I wish you luck.
