alphamale Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 the only known way to lose weight and keep it off for the long-term is to cut your calorie intake a bit every day ( a few hundred cal/day) and exercise regularly (minimum 3x per wk for 45 minutes). this has to be kept up for the rest of your life.
