is being weird a bad thing? cuz i'm one of those type of guys who is goofy/funny/weird...does that turn girls off

Not if you find a girl exactly like that! Some girls like the rugged lumber jack kind of man. I like the weird sensitive funny goofy kind of person b/c thats how I am!
