Who here after a long term relationship (meaning over a year) still have those things your Sig. other does that u think is sooo sweet.....I know lots of them wear out after being together for a while but there has to be a few left!! hehehe

 

Mine ...together 1.5 years

 

* tell me to call when I get home to make sure i made it home safe (everytime I am leaving his house, sometimes when im leaving from being out other places)

*always walks me to my car, opens my door, opens all doors

*always calls me something other than my name (sweety, hum, babe)

*ALWAYS says he loves me after every call..........at least once a day

* sometimes calles me back 3 seconds after i hang up to say "just wanted to say I love you"

*steals my car to put gas in it

*hold my hand when were driving

 

oh there are more i wont bore u......

awww......notice how after a while it is the simple things u find the most sweet....no flowers or taking out dinner but the other things that go un noticed sometimes

yeah, you can't beat having someone offer to get out of bed and warm the car for you so ya don't freeze your whatsies off and so that you can lay in just a l-i-i-i-t-t-t-t-t-l-l-l-l-e-e-e-e-e bit longer!

He will suddenly say "Oh My God!" When I of course say "What!?" He grabs my face and kisses me.

 

He reads to me. On those nights when I am in a lot of pain, he will sit up and read til I fall asleep.

 

He brushes my hair.

 

He loves my kids. =-)

well, it's 3.5 years for us...

 

gets up a bit earlier to make us a fresh juice in the morning

 

cooks nice dinners and cleans up

 

always says he loves me

 

tries really hard to improve problems in our relationship

 

always tells me how beautiful and sexy I am

 

cuddles me at night if I can't sleep

 

has heaps of cute nicknames for me, and doesn't mind acting cutesy

 

dresses nicely for me when we go out

 

thanks me for the things I do

 

and just does little things to make me happy- an absolute winner recently, was when I went walking before work, and came home to find he'd lit candles and run me a bubble bath so I could 'relax' before work, and then cooked me breakfast, and packed lunch for me (it was his day off)
