Author butterfly4me Posted December 21, 2004 Author Posted December 21, 2004 Heh Sandra, I totally relate to the feelings being up and down. One minute I hate him and know that he is a loser, and the next minute I pray for his return. The funny thing is, we have no control over their actions, only our own. It's just hard to act the right way after such a heartbreak. I know that my emotions are totally crazy at this point. I hope for all of us that we can get through this and be stronger people. I hope we learn what "not" to look for in the next person. I thought I made pretty good decisions regarding men before, but, obviously, I didn't have a clue.
tokyo Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Sandra, I think it´s difficult for you to judge the situation unbiased as you are stuck in it. So it´s a good idea to ask other people for advice. Everybody is delighted to put his two cents in, we are all little smartasses
aarsky Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 I feel the same way as some others in here. I know I made some mistakes, but my ex g/f just has seemed to forgotten about me altogether. Always saying shes too busy to do anything, never really calling me anymore. I guess the best thing to do is just move on and do things for yourself.
sandra parker Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 I just thought of something---dumpees/dumb pees Oh well, it's been a long day I guess it was funny at first. I went to a basketball tournament for my son from 12:30 till 9:00/ I had to set up concession, run it and sell 50/50's. There were four games all together. Tomorrow we'll do it again. The ex was there and I had a good time in spite his presence. He kept starring at me from what I hear and he came up to me to buy some tickets and made a remark about how tired he was and how he could use a foot rub. I looked at him and said those days are over toots and he said: My feet haven't seen any action lately and I said: Like I feel sorry for you or something ( being a smart ass, but laughing at the same time.) Well, I guess you had to be there for that one too. Anyway, it's late, my sense of humor sucks and I will bid you all good-night! Thanks again for all your input, you guys are great! Even the smart-ass ones! LOL, take care, Sandra
lulu1 Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 I know how you feel. my ex bf broke up with me after 3 yrs. He moved out 4 months ago. It's been hard. I talk to him on the phone just about everyday. He dont want to come back to me, but i want him back. IT makes you wonder if they ever loved you, if there love was deep how could they walk away so easy. I have not figured it out, but if you do let me know. SOmething is not letting me let go of him. But i do belive that they do think of you. Mine did. I did not call him for a while and he called me... GOod luck
